Letter: Prepare for climate refugees

It’s obvious in the next 50 years, many desperate climate refugees will arrive in need of shelter, water, food and compassion. How will local governments and citizens respond? How are we planning? What steps taken now could ease the crisis?

Some things to consider: cooling centers, vacant lots into gardens, community-building workshops.
