Owen Langdon scored three touchdowns and Stephen Ibsen added two more and the Castle Rock defense smothered the Knights in a Trico League win.

The win set up Castle Rock (7-1, 4-0) for a showdown for the league title next week at La Center.

Ian Burton recovered a King’s Way fumble in the second quarter to set up Ibsen’s first touchdown run from five yards out.

Ibsen found Langdon for a 27-yard touchdown pass, giving Castle Rock a 14-0 lead at halftime.

The Rockets broke the game wide open in the third quarter. After Burton’s 10-yard touchdown run, Langdon rushed for 34 yards to set up his own 6-yard touchdown run, and Castle Rock led 30-0.

Tony Ibsen’s interception set up Stephen Ibsen’s second touchdown run. Then Langdon’s 46-yard touchdown run capped the scoring for Castle Rock.
