Clark County court eyes changes after report calls system ‘fragmented’

Consultants said area's rapid growth has fueled inefficiencies

Clark County Superior Court may look quite different in the new year after national consultants found the county’s rapid growth has made the current system “fragmented, inefficient and confusing.”

A team of consultants from the National Center for State Courts spent four months analyzing the Superior Court, interviewing stakeholders and compiling state data.
