Stephen Ibsen leads Castle Rock to 29-6 win over Seton Catholic

Stephen Ibsen rushed for a touchdown and threw a touchdown pass in the first quarter, and the Castle Rock defense did the rest in a 29-6 Trico League win at Castle Rock.

Ibsen’s 31-yard touchdown run, followed by his 35-yard touchdown pass to Lane Partridge helped the Rockets jump out to a 14-0 lead. They would take a 17-0 lead into halftime.

Partridge caught another 35-yard TD pass, this time from Trevor Rogan in the third quarter, and Rogan hit Ibsen of a 15-yard touchdown pass in the fourth quarter to put Castle Rock up 29-0.

Jacob Williams’ 5-yard touchdown pass from Kolten Gesser capped the scoring for Seton Catholic.
