Public comment on the Supplemental Environmental Assessment for the Oregon Department of Transportation’s Interstate 5 Rose Quarter Improvement Project is open from Nov. 15 through Jan. 4, 2023.
The Supplemental Environmental Assessment evaluates the potential impacts and benefits of the I-5 Rose Quarter project on the natural, human and built environments.
Ways to comment include emailing i5RoseQuarter@odot.oregon.gov, calling 503-470-3127 and mailing Project Manager c/o I-5 Rose Quarter Improvement Project, 888 S.W. Fifth Ave., Suite 600, Portland, OR 97204.
