Attendees at the Windermere Northwest Living 10th annual Children’s Justice Center Gala Auction in October raised more than $286,000 for victims of child abuse in Clark County.

“The funds that we raise are critically important — it helps the children receive the help they need, the counseling they need, and the ongoing support they’ll need. It also allows detectives and everyone in the field to focus on doing their jobs,” Gerry Dowdy Latshaw, branch manager with Windermere Northwest, said in a press release.

Since 2013, the annual gala has raised nearly $1.3 million for the Arthur D. Curtis Children’s Justice Center.
