Montesano ran for 463 yards in the game, with 10 runs of over 20-yards and averaged 14.9 yards a carry in beating Seton Catholic 47-7 in a 1A district football playoff game on Friday in Montesano.
Montesano quarterback Jayden McElravy led the way, rushing for a career-best 266 yards and three touchdowns on just 13 carries.
Jacob Williams and Joe Callerame teamed up for the bright spot for the Cougars with Callerame completing a 13-yard touchdown pass to Williams in the third quarter after Monte had mounted a 34-0 halftime lead.
Callerame rushed for 71 yards, and Williams ran for 59. Ryker Ruelas caught two passes for 78 yards.
