The city of Battle Ground is requesting proposals for a two-year prosecution services contract for the city’s Municipal Court.
The court serves Battle Ground, Ridgefield and La Center, and is located within Battle Ground City Hall. It is a part-time municipal court with a session held every Thursday (except on recognized holidays). Additional sessions and jury trials may be scheduled as needed.
