Each election, the Clark County Auditor’s Office provides an online and printed voter guide with information about candidates and ballot measures.

For the August 2022 Primary and Special Election, the Elections Office has received seven propositions that do not have citizens appointed to write a statement against. These propositions are from:

  • Clark County Council for a sales tax increase to fund body-worn cameras;
  • La Center School District for a replacement educational programs and operations levy;
  • Ridgefield School District for a replacement educational programs and operations levy;
  • Clark-Cowlitz Fire Rescue for a six-year EMS levy;
  • Fire District 5 for a six-year levy lid lift;
  • Fire District 6 for a six-year EMS levy; and
  • Fire District 10 for a six-year levy lid lift.

Any registered voter interested in writing an opposing statement is asked to contact Elections Supervisor Cathie Garber at 564-397-2345.

The deadline is 4 p.m. May 19.
