The inaugural Smokin’ Hot BBQ Festival and Competition June 24-26 at ilani invites competitors to vie for a slice of $15,000 in prize money.
The event will feature live music and celebrity chef demonstrations. Chefs Rick Browne and Lynnae Oxley will head up judging and will also share some of their barbecue secrets with their own live demos.
