Former coach built program through recruiting

One week after being introduced as Clark College’s new men’s and women’s cross country coach, Owen Frasier had already garnered 11 verbal commitments.

He hit the recruiting trail hard, but in reality, he’s been a successful recruiter for years.

Frasier spent 12 years as Fort Vancouver High School’s cross country coach until accepting his first college coaching job in March.
