Providence Battle Ground Family Medicine and Psychology clinics will move to 3101 S.E. 192nd in Vancouver. It will open to patients April 26 as Providence Battle Ground at Camas Family Medicine.

Patients are being notified of the transition. Anyone needing an appointment can call Providence Battle Ground at Camas Family Medicine at 360-666-4480 or Providence Mill Plain Walk-in at 360-687-6650.

“Providence has proudly served the Battle Ground community for 11 years, and we are disappointed by this outcome,” Dawn Tolotti, executive director for Providence Medical Group Operations and Southwest Washington market area, said in a news release. “We are hopeful to find a new solution to care for the community in the future, however given the short notice, we are relocating to minimize the disruption of care for our patients.”
