RIDGEFIELD — Pacific Lifestyle Homes, a leading Northwest homebuilder, has opened sales for a new community in Ridgefield.
North Haven will feature 98 homes, including 24 in the first phase. The neighborhood is a planned community near Interstate 5 and Whipple Creek Park. It offers a community park as well as walking trails. The elementary school is South Ridge, middle school is Valley Ridge and high school is Ridgefield High School.
Home pricing will start in the low $500,000s. Floor plans range from 1,623 to 2,388 square feet, with two to four bedrooms and two or three bathrooms. Buyers can choose from a variety of two-story plans.
