Police seek help finding 14-year-old missing since February

Update: Rachael Rutherford has been found safe, according to an April 11 Vancouver police news release.

The Vancouver Police Department is asking for the public’s help finding a teenage girl who’s been missing since Feb. 28.

Police describe Rachael Rutherford, 14, as 5 feet, 2 inches tall, with brown hair, partially dyed blue hair and hazel eyes. She was last seen dressed as pictured outside of a convenience store.

Anyone with information about her location is asked to call 911 or contact Det. Dave Jensen at 360-487-7446.
