WASHOUGAL – Drivers using state Highway 14 between Camas and Washougal will need to be prepared this weekend for full eastbound closures along the section of the highway, potentially causing traffic delays.
The closure will begin at 6 a.m. Sunday and last until 10 a.m. westbound lanes will remain open.
Washington State Department of Transportation maintenance crews will be working on guardrail repairs in the area.
Drivers will need to follow a signed detour around the closed area. The detour will take them through Washougal on C Street, returning to the highway at Washougal River Road. Oversized loads traveling east on the highway during the closure will be restricted, according to a statement from the transportation department.
