Clark County Treasurer Alishia Topper is reminding residents that first installment payments for 2022 property taxes are due April 30.
Tax statements will be mailed during the first week of March. Anyone who doesn’t receive a statement can request a duplicate at www.clark.wa.gov/treasurer or call 564-397-2252.
Taxpayers are urged to pay by mail or online, although in-person service is available by appointment from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Thursday. Payments can be mailed to Clark County Treasurer, P.O. Box 35150, Seattle, WA 98124-5150.
Taxpayers can pay taxes from a checking or savings account or use a credit or debit card. Payments from electronic checking and savings accounts are free, while debit card payments incur a $3.95 vendor fee, and credit card payments are assessed a 2.39 percent vendor fee. To make a payment, go to www.clark.wa.gov/treasurer/payment-options, or call 1-833-440-8685.
Payment transactions must be postmarked by midnight, Monday, May 2, to avoid interest charges.
