Evergreen Public Schools announces summer meals program

Evergreen Public Schools has announced its summer meals program, which offers free breakfast and lunch to children during summer vacation.

All children ages 1 to 18, regardless if they attend an Evergreen school, are eligible to participate, as are older students who are physically or mentally disabled and participating in a school program for students with disabilities.

Locations, dates and times:

  • Legacy High School, 13300 N.E. Ninth St.: breakfast 8:30-9:30 a.m. and lunch 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Mondays-Fridays, June 21-July 8 (except July 4). Breakfast 7:30- 8:30 a.m. and lunch 11 a.m.-noon Mondays-Thursdays July 11-Aug. 5.
  • Endeavour Elementary School, 2701 N.E. Four Seasons Lane: breakfast 7:30-9 a.m. and lunch 11 a.m.-noon Mondays-Thursdays, July 11-Aug. 5.
  • Silver Star Elementary School, 10500 N.E. 86th St.: breakfast 7:30-9 a.m. and lunch 11 a.m.-noon Mondays-Thursdays, July 11-Aug. 5.
