The Building Industry Association of Clark County recently announced the selection of Noelle Lovern as its new government affairs director.
Lovern will oversee the BIA’s government affairs efforts, including political advocacy, policy research and relationship building with elected officials. As liaison to local governments within Clark County, she will monitor policy issues and analyze proposed ordinances for impacts on the building industry.
Prior to joining the BIA team, Lovern served as vice president of public relations and corporate communication at American CuMo Mining Corp. She was raised in Southern Oregon and is a cum laude graduate of Boise State University.
Gov. Jay Inslee recently appointed Monica Santos Pinacho to the Vancouver Public Works Board.
