Artstra is accepting submissions for Season 12 of its Poetry Moves program, which showcases poems on C-Tran buses. The program welcomes poets of any age living in the Vancouver-Portland area served by C-Tran. A maximum of two original poems may be submitted, each of which must not exceed seven lines or 50 characters per line. Nine poems will be chosen, and a 10th poem will be offered by this season’s juror, Raúl Sánchez, poet laureate of Redmond. Each poet whose work is selected will receive $100. All poems will be displayed in C-Tran buses starting in September. Complete details can be found at artstra.org/submit-poetry. The submission deadline is Sunday.
