Prairie wrestler Kennedy Wilcox is the Northwest Personal Training Week 15 high school athlete of the week

Wilcox beats out La Center's Gianna D'Emilio for the honor

Prairie wrestler Kennedy Wilcox is the Northwest Personal Training Week 15 high school athlete of the week.

Wilcox outdistanced La Center basketball player Gianna D’Emilio for the honor. Wilcox is the third consecutive Prairie High School student to win the honor.

Wilcox won the 125-pound division with a pin in the final at the Clark County Championships.

GIANNA D’EMILIO, LA CENTER GIRLS BASKETBALL: D’Emilio scored 24 and 23 points in two Trico League wins for the Wildcats.

OWEN ROBERTSON, UNION BOYS SWIMMING: Robertson swam a state-qualifying time in winning the 200 freestyle, won the 500 free and swam on two winning relays at the Kelso Invitational.

TAIT SPENCER, BATTLE GROUND BOYS BASKETBALL: Spencer scored 24 and 22 points in two wins for the Tigers, including the game-winning 3-pointer against Kelso.

CODY WHEELER, HOCKINSON BOYS WRESTLING: Wheeler won the 195-pound division with a pin in the final at the Clark County Championships.
