Pacific NW Federal Credit Union has announced four new executive promotions.

Jessica Nelsen has been promoted to SVP/chief operations officer. Nielsen will continue to be responsible for leading member services and operations of branches, contact center, including mobile and online banking platforms, ITMs/ATMs, facilities and project management. Nielsen began her career with PNWFCU in 2005 as a teller. She has served in a variety of roles including support specialist, mortgage processor, call center manager, branch manager, operations manager, director of branch operations, and was the vp of operations before her most recent promotion.

Eric Keyser will now serve as SVP/chief information officer. Keyser has been in Oregon for 16 years and with Pacific NW Federal Credit Union for more than 14, having previously served as VP IT. Keyser also serves as board chair of Schoolhouse Supplies, a local educational nonprofit.

Karina Perez has been promoted to VP of risk management. Perez has an extensive work history with the credit union. Perez currently oversees audit, fraud, internal controls, risk management, collections and physical security. She has served as the official credit union Supervisory Committee liaison since 2016; informally since July 2013. Perez has served on the Loss Mitigation Committee as of June 2016. Her active designations include CUCE, NCCO, and CFE. Pérez is the board-appointed compliance/BSA/OFAC/security officer.

Kaylee Brophy has been promoted to VP/human resources and training. She will oversee both operational functions and the strategic direction of the HR and training departments. Brophy joined Pacific NW Federal Credit Union in September 2021 as the human resources manager. Brophy is a senior-level HR professional with approximately nine years of combined experience as a manager and generalist. She launched her Human Resources career within the retail industry before transitioning to human services and not-for-profit.

Dr. Lisa Ivanjack has joined PeaceHealth Medical Group as chief medical officer. Ivanjack will work closely with executive and medical staff leaders at both PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center in Vancouver and PeaceHealth St. John in Longview. For the PeaceHealth Medical Group, she will oversee safety, quality and medical care integration within communities and networks of care.

Ivanjack most recently served as chief medical officer of Pacific Medical Centers, an affiliate of Providence Health System. She has 20 years’ experience as an internal medicine clinician and in medical leadership positions.

Jodi Oliver of Vancouver was recently appointed to the Advisory Council of the Area Agency on Aging & Disabilities of Southwest Washington, representing Clark County. Oliver brings 10 years of medical social work experience in Clark County communities and will lend her experience and connections to the work and goals of the organization. She is interested in support for family caregivers, access to health care, and in building age-friendly communities.
