King’s Way Christian girls beat Seton for shot at state

Laurel Quinn had 19 points and eight rebounds as the King’s Way Christian girls basketball team eliminated Seton Catholic from the 1A district tournament with a 62-21 win Thursday at Fort Vancouver High School.

Also for the Knights, Hannah Erwin had 15 points all on 3-pointers, and Riley Philbrook had 13 points and eight rebounds.

King’s Way (14-5) will play La Center at 6 p.m. Saturday at Fort Vancouver High School for the last spot into the regional round of state.
