The Union Titans clinched a 4A state regional boys basketball berth for a seventh consecutive year by beating Graham-Kapowsin 66-61 on Saturday. Union will open the 4A bi-district tournament at home on Saturday.
Union (17-4) faces top-seed Curtis on the road Feb. 17 in the bi-district semifinals.
Bryson Metz had a game-best 21 points — with 19 of them coming in the final three quarters — and Yanni Fassillis added 19 to pace the Titans. Porter Hill added 14.
Joshua Wood, a Fresno State football commit at quarterback, led the Eagles with 20 points.
