The Clark County Public Facilities District board will hold a virtual public meeting at 4 p.m. Monday.

The Public Facilities District was formed in 2002 for the purpose of participating in the study, planning and development of one or more regional centers that would promote tourism, such as the convention center in downtown Vancouver and exhibition hall at the Clark County Event Center at the Fairgrounds.
The five-member board is comprised of two people appointed by Clark County and two appointed by the city of Vancouver. The fifth member is appointed by the four appointed members.
The board typically meets the first Monday of February, May, August and November.
