Clark County will accept applications for 400 households to receive rental assistance, including for rents in arrears, beginning at noon Wednesday.

Links and instructions to apply follow. The links will not be live until noon Wednesday. Once all available referrals have been received, the links will no longer work.

Households may only receive assistance one time. Households that have received assistance within the past few months are not eligible for additional assistance.

All applicants will receive a submission confirmation email. Anyone who has previously applied for assistance is asked not to apply again as this delays the processing of applications. Housing providers are working to assist all households that are on the wait list. Tenants must be deemed eligible to receive assistance.

The county is working with rental assistance providers to identify additional rental assistance spots. Information, including the number of wait list spots and types, will be released as they become available.

Tenants seeking information about their rights should contact the Clark County Volunteer Lawyers Program at 360-334-4007 or NW Justice Project’s CLEAR program at nwjustice.org/get-legal-help or 888-201-1014 between 9:15 a.m. and 12:15 p.m. Youth under 24 may contact the Legal Counsel for Youth and Children at 206-494-0323, ext. 715.
