Letter: Protect freedom of speech

City plans to limit community forums,” (The Columbian, Dec. 13) is only one of many moves taken and decisions made by entities including the U.S. Supreme Court to limit free speech. With the continued folding of local newspapers reducing who reports the news, this right is more important than ever. We must be vigilant to protect it.
