From the Lower Columbia River Rocky Point/Tongue Point line upstream to Bonneville Dam, there were 935 salmonid boats and 166 Washington bank rods were tallied during the Aug. 27 flight count.

SALMON/STEELHEAD
Sec 1 (Bonneville) — 17 bank anglers kept one Chinook and two Chinook jacks; six boats/13 rods kept one Chinook and one Chinook jack.
Sec 2 (Camas/Washougal) — Three bank anglers had no catch; 18 boats/36 rods kept four Chinook.
Sec 3 (Interstate 5 area) — Two bank anglers had no catch; four boats/nine rods had no catch.
Sec 4 (Vancouver) — 86 bank anglers kept 14 Chinook and one Chinook jack; 82 boats/162 rods kept 14 Chinook and released one Chinook.
Sec 5 (Woodland) — 63 bank anglers kept eight Chinook and one coho; 70 boats/145 rods kept 29 Chinook and one Chinook jack.
Sec 6 (Kalama) — 364 bank anglers kept 78 Chinook, one Chinook jack and released three Chinook, two Chinook jacks, one coho jack and one steelhead; 78 boats/191 rods kept 21 Chinook, one Chinook jack and released three Chinook and one steelhead.
Sec 7 (Cowlitz) — 74 boats/183 rods kept 23 Chinook, five Chinook jacks and released four Chinook, two Chinook jacks and one steelhead.
Sec 8 (Longview) — 43 bank anglers kept six Chinook and released two steelhead; 61 boats/126 rods kept six Chinook and released one Chinook.
Sec 9 (Cathlamet) — Five bank anglers had no catch; 35 boats/79 rods kept six Chinook and released one Chinook jack.
Sec 10 (Cathlamet) — Two bank anglers had no catch.; nine boats/24 rods kept 11 Chinook, one Chinook jack, three coho and released two Chinook and two coho.

Cowlitz River from Interstate 5 Bridge downstream — Four bank rods had no catch; six boats/18 rods kept one Chinook, five steelhead and released one Chinook and six steelhead.
Cowlitz River above I-5 Bridge — One bank rod had no catch.
Lewis River — Two boats/two rods had no catch.
Drano Lake — 51 bank rods kept two Chinook and released one Chinook jack and three steelhead; 93 boats/224 rods kept 58 Chinook, five Chinook jacks and released 38 Chinook, six Chinook jacks, one coho and 11 steelhead.
