Another heat wave is expected to hang over the region, leading the city of Vancouver to cancel a community concert over the weekend.
The Waterfront Park Concert Series headline performance by Kalimba, an Earth, Wind and Fire tribute band, was canceled. The event, originally scheduled to occur Sunday, has not been rescheduled.
