A new brewery and pizzeria called Ruse Brewing opened at The Waterfront Vancouver last week.
Located next to The Yard Milkshake Bar, the new Ruse Brewing will offer beers from its brewery in Portland. The new space, at 650 Waterfront Way, is co-named Crust Collective for the Detroit-style pizza shaped in rectangles.
It is open at 11:30 a.m. every day and closes at 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 8 p.m. Sunday
