Letter: Candidate should pay for mailers

According to FEC filings, Jaime Herrera Beutler raised $2.8 million in funds for her reelection campaign. If so, why is she using taxpayer funds to mail out multiple “information” postcards touting her positions on border security and law enforcement funding? We have received at least three in the mail recently.
