Beginning Friday, Clark County Elections will mail ballots to all registered voters living in the Evergreen and Ridgefield school districts.

Any eligible voter who hasn’t received a ballot by April 14 should call the Elections Office at 564-397-2345 or email elections@clark.wa.gov to request a replacement ballot. While replacement ballots can be requested in person at the Elections Office at 1408 Franklin St. in Vancouver, voters are encouraged to request a replacement by email or phone. The mailing address is Clark County Elections Office, PO Box 8815, Vancouver, WA 98666-8815.

After April 14, replacement ballots may also be requested or accessed electronically at votewa.gov to print out and return by mail or dropbox.

The last day to submit new voter registrations or update existing voter registration information online or by mail is 5 p.m. April 18. Voters may still register and update existing voter registrations after April 18 but must do so in person by 8 p.m. April 26.

The process of preparing the ballot tabulation system, which produces election results, will begin at 7:15 p.m. April 26. Results will be posted on clarkvotes.org around 8:15 p.m.

An online voters’ guide and a sample ballot listing the measures appearing on the April 26 special election ballot is available at https://clark.wa.gov.
