A recent multigeneration family reunion celebrated Vancouver’s historical Yinger Dairy and its family. The reunion was held at a cousin’s home in Oregon City, Ore. The dairy started in 1900. “Met cousins we never knew we had,” wrote Penny Gibbons of Vancouver. “We had name tags with original family Yinger name.” Only two of the 15 original Yinger children remain, Hazel Gibbons and Lucille Stroman.
