Cepeda runs, throws for five touchdowns in La Center’s 52-21 win over Woodland

La Center quarterback Darren Cepeda ran for 171 yards and threw for 224 yards, while combining for five touchdowns in the Wildcats’ 52-21 rout of Woodland in a non-league football game on Friday night.

Cepeda also added an interception on defense, hauling in the first of five interceptions for the Wildcats on the night.

Davari Grauer had 92 yards receiving and two touchdowns and Levi Giles had 61 yards receiving and capped the scoring with a 90-yard kickoff return in the fourth quarter.

Daymon Gressett had 43 yards rushing and a touchdown to lead Woodland but exited the game in the first half after picking up an injury.
