Blaze Restoration, headquartered in Vancouver and founded in 2015 by Ken Stryker, will have served over 100 Clark County families over the last seven years through its annual “Glaze at Blaze” — an event that provides nominated families with a full Thanksgiving meal. The increased reach is made possible by partners like Evergreen Habitat for Humanity, Family Promise of Clark County, and Blaze Restoration’s social media and web postings. The meals will be delivered to families’ doorsteps on Wednesday in sealed containers. “As a company that was recently voted Best of Clark County, we don’t take that recognition lightly, and we strive to earn that praise each and every day. Glaze at Blaze was one of the many ways we decided to give back to a community that has given us so much over the last seven years. From shopping for the meals, packaging, and delivering, it’s a lot of fun for all involved. We are incredibly fortunate to be able to do what we do for a living, and this is a direct reflection of that.” Stryker said Blaze Restoration is scheduled to deliver 33 meals this year throughout Clark County.
