Vancouver police and first responders were called to a convenience store in the North Image neighborhood Friday night after a reported shooting.
The incident was reported at 8:30 p.m. at the Beverage Tobacco Zone, 4931 N.E. 112th Ave.
They arrived to find a man lying on the ground with a gunshot wound to the abdomen, according to emergency radio traffic monitored at The Columbian. He also appeared to have an injured arm.
The scene is just south of Highway 500 and east of Interstate 205.
No further information was immediately available.
