The Battle Ground Cinema multiplex will reopen April 2, according to operator Prestige Theatres.

The theater’s website has been updated to include showtimes for several current and upcoming releases, such as Disney’s “Raya and the Last Dragon” and Warner Bros.’ “Godzilla vs. Kong.”

A few Clark County theaters began reopening in late February after the county reached Phase 2 of the state’s reopening plan, including the two local branches of the AMC chain. But Prestige Theatres said at the time that it would wait to reopen until there were more tentpole film releases available.

Regal Cinemas, which operates four Clark County locations, announced earlier this week that it would reopen some of its theaters starting April 2; although, it is not yet known whether any of the Clark County multiplexes will be among the first wave.
