Three Camas players rushed for more than 100 yards and combined for six rushing scores in Camas’ 40-32 road victory over Kelso on Friday night.
Camas improves to 1-1 with the win.
Jarius Phillips (150 yards, 21 carries), Gabe Guo (116 yards, six carries) and Jake Blair (111 yards, eight carries) led Camas’ ground game, which totaled 375 rushing yards. Blair also went 10 of 23 passing for 150 yards.
Camas led 33-14 at the half behind two rushing touchdown apiece by Blair and Phillips. Guo’s 52-yard rushing touchdown opened the scoring just 1:21 into the game.
Hunter Letteer went 9 of 19 passing for 180 yards to lead Kelso.
