Woodland’s Daymon Gressett is the Week 4 high school football player of the week.
Gressett received 550 of the 1,563 votes cast this week to win the honor.
Gressett rushed for 318 yards and three touchdowns in a win over Mark Morris.
Other nominees were:
- COLBY COOPER, KELSO: Cooper had a 41-yard interception return for a touchdown and a 98-yard kickoff return for a score against Heritage.
- ANDRE COWLEY, HERITAGE: Cowley rushed for 143 yards and two touchdowns, sparking a comeback win against Kelso.
- CJ HAMBLIN, SETON CATHOLIC: Hamblin caught nine passes for 135 yards and two touchdowns and threw a 40-yard touchdown pass in a win over Goldendale.
- TOBIAS MERRIWEATHER, UNION: The junior caught five passes for 105 yards and one touchdown and returned a kickoff 88 yard for a touchdown against Skyview.
