A developer has submitted a preliminary application to build an 82-unit affordable senior housing building called Laurel Manor on Northeast 66th Avenue in Vancouver, to the south of state Highway 500 near Northeast Andresen Road.

The four-story building would include on-site property management offices, residential services and amenity spaces. The building and all of its 82 one-bedroom units would be fully accessible, according to the pre-application packet narrative.

The project applicant is listed as Columbia River Mental Health. A pre-application conference with the city has been scheduled for 11 a.m. July 1.
