Vancouver-based home builder Pacific Lifestyle Homes announced plans Tuesday for a new 39-home development at 7608 N.E. 182nd Ave. called Woodside Creek.
Homes in the neighborhood will range from 1,900 to 3,600 square feet in single- or two-story configurations. The community will also feature an age-restricted section that will only be available to buyers age 55 or older
