Kaelyn White, a 2021 graduate of Battle Ground High School, has been awarded a $2,500 STAR Scholarship from Chapter DY, P.E.O. Sisterhood, Vancouver. One of six valedictorians in the Class of 2021 at BGHS, White was chosen for the STAR Scholarship in recognition of her skills in leadership, extracurricular activities and community service.

As one of the largest community-based organizations in the U.S., The P.E.O. Sisterhood encourages women to meet their college goals through its six philanthropies, one of which is STAR Scholarships.
