CLARK COUNTY — Results of the Southwest Washington Knowledge Bowl for Round Robin No. 2 were recently released. The following teams finished first place on Jan. 13: Camas High School Varsity Team No. 2, Columbia Gorge League; Columbia River High School Varsity, Clark County Metro League; and Mark Morris High School Varsity Team No. 1, Lower Columbia League. The Southwest Washington region consists of 21 participating high schools in Educational Service District 112, which are divided into three leagues by geography, with a total of 24 varsity and 22 junior varsity teams. “This year’s competitions have not been the customary in-person events, but rather have been conducted online using a method constructed by a Camas High School student,” said Dale Croswell, coordinator for the Knowledge Bowl. “Everyone seems to be having a good time with it, even though we all miss seeing each other face to face.” There are two more league meets this season, plus a regional tournament at the end of February.
