SHUMWAY — Students at Vancouver School of Arts and Academics continued the tradition of doing a school-wide food drive in December, despite remote learning. Donation areas were set up in the breezeway outside offices to ensure COVID-19 safety protocols were followed. “Through the generous donations of students and staff, over 1,000 pounds of food was donated to the Clark County Food Bank. Although online school has been incredibly tough, we still are finding ways to come together to help serve the community,” said Anna Carr, organizer of the drive.
