A new Jersey Mike’s sub shop opened Wednesday at 11600 S.E. Mill Plain Blvd. in Vancouver. It’s the second store in the chain to come to Clark County; the first is in Hazel Dell.
Indoor dining is currently not permitted due to the COVID-19 pandemic, so the restaurant will operate for takeout or curbside service through its app, as well as delivery service. Franchise owner Daniel Watts will hold a grand opening fundraiser Jan. 20 to 24 to benefit the Clark County Food Bank, according to a press release from the restaurant.
Jersey Mike’s is headquartered in New Jersey and has more than 2,500 locations operating or planned.
