UPDATE: At about 2:45 p.m., the Vancouver Police Department was notified that Torix was located in Roseburg, Ore., by an Oregon State Police trooper. Torix’s family was contacted with his whereabouts.

The Vancouver Police Department is asking for the public’s help to find a missing and endangered man.

Timothy Torix, 62, called his family to report he was in the Eugene, Ore., area but didn’t remember how he got there. He was unable to identify his actual location.

Torix has severe health issues, including recent liver failure and is also experiencing a mental health crisis, according to a press release from Vancouver police.

He is 5-feet-9-inches tall and about 155 pounds. He has brown eyes and graying brown hair.

Torix drives a silver 2017 Nissan Sentra with Washington license plate BNU4342. Police did not provide the last time he was seen in Clark County.

Anyone with information about Torix’s whereabouts is asked to dial 911 to report a found missing endangered adult.
