The Clark County Event Center announced Wednesday that it has contracted with Beaches Restaurant to provide “onsite concessions, catering and general beverage and food services” at the center, starting immediately.
The event center is located at the Clark County Fairgrounds near Ridgefield. Beaches is owned by Vancouver restaurateur Mark Matthias and has two locations, one in Vancouver and one at Portland International Airport.
Beaches food will be available at the concession area in the main exhibition hall once in-person events resume. In a press release from the event center, Matthias said that he would upgrade some of the equipment at the center to allow for freshly made menu items and a new strategy for guest services.
