1A Trico football: Castle Rock 50, Seton Catholic 16

The Rockets would ride the shoulders of Wyatt Partridge to victory as Castle Rock defeated visiting Seton Catholic in the 1A Trico League game on Friday.

Partridge led all rushers with 169 yards and three touchdowns. He would set the tone by opening the game with 23- and 38-yard rushes on the first two plays of the game.

Chance Naugle completed 5 of his 8 passes for 79 yards and added 31 yards rushing and two touchdowns.

Chance Rusher would lead the Rockets with 57 yards receiving.

Lane Partridge had a 30 yard fumble recovery for a touchdown that gave the Rockets a 42-8 lead in the middle of the third quarter.

Lance Stuck led Seton Catholic with 62 yards receiving and a touchdown.

Elijah Volk was the leading rusher for Seton Catholic with 60 yards on 12 rushes.
