Pacific Lifestyle breaks ground in Ridgefield

Vancouver-based homebuilder Pacific Lifestyle Homes announced Wednesday that it has broken ground on a new housing development in Ridgefield called Viewridge Hollow. The development is located off South Hillhurst Road, near Ridgefield High School.

The 43-home community is located in the Ridgefield school district. Homes will range from 1,400 to 3,000 square feet and will start in the $400,000 range, according to a press release from the company. Buyers will be able to select from more than 30 home designs.
