The annual NW Natural Parade of Homes is still moving forward this year, although the traditional groundbreaking ceremony has been replaced by a virtual presentation, according to a Thursday press release from the Building Industry Association of Clark County.

The groundbreaking video can be viewed on the BIA’s YouTube page at youtu.be/I3Lh6C8dpdk. This year’s parade, presented by HomeStreet Bank, will be held Sept. 10-26 at the Felida Overlook development, according to the press release.

The annual home building industry showcase event typically features about 10 newly built homes where developers can show off their newest designs and features.

The 2021 show will feature homes from Affinity Homes, Axiom Luxury Homes, Cascade West Development, Gecho Homes, Generation Homes Northwest, Ginn Group, Marnella Homes, Quail Homes and Vilhauer Construction.
