December’s $900 billion federal COVID-19 relief bill included a $284 billion funding infusion for the Paycheck Protection Program, giving beleaguered small businesses a chance to apply for a second loan, but it also set aside another $15 billion for theaters, museums and performing arts venues.

The Shuttered Venue Operators Grant has caught the attention of independent theaters in Clark County due to its favorable terms.
